Our 3d game is going to be from 3rd person view. So the character needs to be animated. To be animated the character needs first to be rigged. This took quite a while. Just could not get it work properly. For some reason the bones were rotating wildly every time i added the ik controls. After some research i found riggify add on in blender. witch made almost perfect rig automatically. Next problem was how to import the rig to unitys mechanim. Found some tutorials of how its done and got it to work quite nicely.
